Lunch

A good afternoon snack should be light but enough to sustain the person until dinner. A cup of yogurt or milk together with a few crackers should do.
Dinner
The perfect combination for dinner is a cup of vegetables (beans, carrots or tomatoes) together with some kind of protein. A piece of meat or fish and a cup of rice should be enough for the day. It is best to check calorie count of the food items included in each meal.
